You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
You may need to be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to book certain studio services.

Bookings and payments

Booking rates are displayed before checkout and are typically charged per hour (or per session, if indicated). Applicable taxes and fees may be added depending on location and payment method. You are responsible for confirming the booking date, start time, and time zone shown at checkout.
After a successful payment, you may receive an on-screen confirmation and/or email receipt. If a receipt is not received, check spam folders and verify the email on your account.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by studio and will be displayed before checkout. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time may incur a fee. If you do not arrive within the allowed grace period, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable.
Free cancellation may be available up to 24 hours before start time (if the studio permits).
Fees can include partial or full session charges, depending on the policy shown at checkout.
If unused time cannot be resold, charges may apply and credits may be forfeited.

You agree to keep studios clean and orderly, use equipment only as intended, and follow posted rules and staff instructions. You are responsible for the behavior of anyone you bring to a studio.
- No illegal activity, harassment, or threats.
- No intentional damage or unsafe use of equipment.
- Respect neighbors and building policies (noise limits, entry rules, etc.).
- If you notice hazards or damage, report it promptly.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by WaveBooth or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as allowed by law.
If you submit content (such as messages, reviews, or booking notes), you represent you have the right to do so. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Studios and partners listed via the Service may be operated by third parties, and their policies (including safety rules and facility requirements) may apply to your booking.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaveBooth will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaveBooth’s total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to WaveBooth for the booking(s) giving rise to the claim.
